My first experience with trying the Greens was not the best . I really wanted to give it another shot at it . I got the opportunity and pleasure to talk with Maggie about my un-acquired taste for the Greens. She was so easy to talk with and so knowledgeable. She said not everyone’s tastes buds are the same and reminded me that it’s dried veggies and gave some pointers on what I can add to help with the taste. I tried her few options and now I can’t LIVE without it !!!!! I feel so much healthier and let alone all the benefits it provides !!!! Hands down the BEST greens !!!! I feel guilty now if I skip having it ! Give it a shot and add ice and a little bit of Lipton zero sugar ice tea peach . I do about 1/4 cup . This is one of the options Maggie gave me and it was a game changer for me ! Like I said I can’t go a day without!
I wasn’t a greens person…don’t get me wrong. I love veggies and eat them everyday, but the thought of a “green” drink that tasted like grass wasn’t all that appealing. Then I tried the Simplified greens. Less bloat, GI regularity and more energy were just a few benefits. I still giggle when I mix them up (my kids gag), but I have become a convert and have them everyday.
I have tried so many “greens” powders throughout the years and they have all tasted horrible!! Most always gave me a residual stomach ache because of my body’s inability to properly digest many fiberous greens. I took the plunge and made my first Daily Greens and prepared myself for an awful taste. What a surprise! No horrible, bitter taste! In fact, to me, it has a sweet-ish taste. Best of all - no stomach ache! My body can handle these greens and I am definitely pleased!
I wanted to share some amazing feedback on these greens. It took me a little bit to adjust to the taste, but I know they’re so good for me and now have some confirmation on that. I went to the eye doctor a few weeks ago and last year he had recommended that I take this eye vitamin which I’ve been doing. This year they had a new antioxidant carotenoid test we could take. He explained that having enough antioxidants is vital for our eye health (this test replaced the one from last year that indicated a need for the eye vitamin). My results were astounding!! My score was 79,000 (out of 90,000, with scores of 40,000-49,000 considered adequate and scores of 50,000+ considered excellent)! They want people to be in the 40,000-50,000 range but the doctor said most people actually are more like 15,000-20,000 because their diets are lacking. I attached a picture of my results for more information. He was so impressed and said he rarely sees people with that high of a score! It’s these greens!!! 💯 💯
Great taste. I have tried many and I truly must say this is the best.
