I highly recommend the one time macro count from Maggie!!! I "know" what I'm doing, I've lost over 40 pounds since last year and now am looking to lean out. So I did my 10 day tracking and she got back to me so quickly with my personalized plan. She also includes about a 10 minute voice memo!!! I've been so excited to implement her plan.

Everything Maggie sent me was very easy to understand and to fill out. Her explanations of everything was very interesting and the turorials of how to use My fitness pal were spot on. It will take a bit of getting used to but once I’m in the swing of things it will help me going forward. I want to make a change so for me this is exciting. I’m hoping all my info I gathered will help in getting me a programme I will benefit from. So far it’s excellent, looking forward to receiving my plan now.
